My name is Ewelina Czeberkus-Poniewiera. I am a Polish artist and I have a degree in graphic arts. Since 2008 I have been an active member of Związek Polskich Artystów Plastyków in Szczecin. In 1999 I graduated from Państwowe Liceum Sztuk Plastycznych in Szczecin and later in 2004 from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń with a graphic design degree, both with honours. During my career I have been working with, among others, a popular, regional, daily newspaper “Głos Szczeciński”, for which I have created graphics and drawings.
I would like to present myself in a less formal light. I love being among people, I often find my inspiration when I am around them. However, on the other side, I must admit that I also love being all by myself, just with my brushes, paints, crayons and pencils…. While creating, I try to make work that is not only interesting to a large group of people, but also sensitizes them to art.
